Emergencies

If your pet is:

  • Progressively weak or unresponsive
  • Having difficulty breathing
  • Bleeding severely
  • Seriously injured e.g.road accident or large bite wounds
  • Having seizures or fits

iF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH NESS VET HOME VISITS YOU SHOULD CALL YOUR REGISTERED VETERINARY SURGERY AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ACCESS THEIR CLINIC  OR EMERGENCY SERVICE. ARRANGING A HOME VISIT CAN IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES CAUSE LIFE-THREATENING DELAY IN APPROPRIATE TREATMENT.

IF YOU ARE GENUINELY UNABLE TO MOVE YOUR PET YOU CAN CONTACT ME AND I WILL AIM TO HELP YOU WITH FIRST AID AND TRANSPORT IF I’M IN THE VICINITY.
